1. Shipping Locations
We ship our products within India and to select international locations. Please check our website or contact our customer service for the most updated list of countries we ship to.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days – ₹50 flat rate
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days – ₹150 flat rate
International Shipping:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your products within the estimated timeframes, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. We are not responsible for such delays.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
